When the water boil again, add fish + remaining tomato + bean sprout and cook about 2 minutes then turn off the fire, this dish is done. Before turn off the stove, you remember tasting once again to make sure the soup is good in taste. When you feel the soup has cooked enough, you turn off the stove, add fragrant herbs and pepper into the soup sour, you have already finished an extremely simple and tasty sour snakehead soup that. Sour soup should taste sweet and sour taste of the new right of you.
